Our family business began in 1959 with Mr. Bansi Lal Sharma. From manufacturing auto parts and supplying Indian Railways and other reputed companies, it has grown into the scaffolding business we lead today.
Across three generations, the Sharma family has carried this manufacturing experience forward. Today, Delite Scaffolding supplies complete scaffolding systems and individual forged, cast and pressed accessories.
FIRST GENERATION · 1959
Founder
Mr. Bansi Lal Sharma established the family business in 1959, manufacturing auto parts and supplying Indian Railways and many reputed companies. His work laid the foundation for the family’s manufacturing journey.
SECOND GENERATION
Managing Director
His son, Mr. Yogesh Sharma, joined the family business and diversified it into the scaffolding industry. As Managing Director, he developed the business into the company it is today, building on the manufacturing foundation established by his father.
THIRD GENERATION
Continuing the family legacy
Mr. Shubham Sharma, son of Mr. Yogesh Sharma, has now joined the family business as its third generation. He is carrying the legacy forward and expanding the business for its next chapter of growth.
